Capgemini vs persistent

I am mother of a 2 year old. Have above offers
Persistent ctc is 10 percent lower than capgemini but persistent is only calling for 2 days a week
While In capgemini hr mentioned it is mandatory 3 days which by year end will be 4 days. Is this true?

Hi all, so I got an offer from TCS last week with 2L of joining bonus. The JB related details are not mentioned in the offer letter and when I tried calling my HR he is neither picking up the call nor replying to my email. Will they be giving me the bonus, if yes what shall I get as a reference from them. Please advise. TIA

Are there any fully remote lawfirms, ie you don't have to live in the state they have offices?
