I have found that in a year of work to have never found them useful in tackling real world issues. Now I'm moving from a junior to a mid can I still expect leetcode style questions?

During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? First year associate here—I got all “developing” on my engagement review from my manager. Is this good? Bad? The options are “needs improvement,” “developing,” and “proficient."

My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed. Anybody who works with Jira. When I copy a dashboard with filters on it to make a new dashboard the filters become linked. So when I change the dates on one the other is changed. Is there a way to delink them without getting rid of the permissions on the filter. Using the “save as” function doesn’t work because it gets rid of the permission. Really appreciate any help
