After 30 years of working in logistics, I am happy to announce that I retire soon! I taked to my boss about retirement plans and he told me that our company actually does offer some benefits for people who worked more than a certain number of years, I forget how many... but I'll be with my family and will get to save up some money as well!

My dream company just gave me an offer of 8k less than current. I have another offer of 5k more at a company in Philly with killer benefits and training is great. My SO got an offer for 5k less here and 6k more in Philly. She feels the same about both.

Currently work at a 2 person firm (me & owner/partner). Don’t make much but lots of freedom and flexibility. ~$250k in loans current IBR paying $0. Currently a lowly OM when it’s convenient for everyone else ie when they can’t or don’t know how to deal with an issue nevermind the million other things I do to run the entire business.
