Don’t want to overstay the visa either. So we applied online on eFRRO to convert his visa to X-1 so we can apply for his OCI. They didn’t ask for payment and message popped up saying watch your text/email for next steps. Anything else I can do?

But in my current position, we’ve been adding quite a few new projects (and our team is partner, two staff, and me) that will probably start over the next couple of months. I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range. That caused me to receive a much lower salary than expected. Should I renegotiate even when my manager said that she tried giving me more. Does HR really play that big of a role in this?

What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.
