I’m asked to work a Throughput report that seems to be off with forecasting. From my understanding we are off by 2,200 being able to ship. I work in Exports for international. Our main system to pull reporting is SAP. Any suggestions what transaction would provide closer accuracy?

What has your experience been with new job offers and counter offers from current employers? In my opinion, if I’m looking to leave it is because I’m unhappy and excited about the new role I’ve been offered. I’ve never been interested in a counter offer and it seems like it would ruin relationships with both employers. Interested to hear others opinions!

Hard to focus on work because I keep opening Blockfolio and am more interested in the crypto space happenings of the day..

Can I just consider stablecoin staking / interest accounts (Anchor protocol, BlockFi) as my “savings account”? 7% of my liquid NW is in cash and 10% is in stables (rest is equities and other crypto). Hoping this is enough to pay expenses + tactically and periodically deploy into equities and crypto.

Didn’t occur to me until later that it was idiotic to buy at $33 when it started at $2 not very long ago. I sat in losses from 2017 buys until this year so you’d think I’d have learned my lesson lol. That said, i think this project is solid? Worth holding until 2025 if need be?
