Commission Question: how does your agency approach commission if you split a client with your boss who is a managing director? Does they get a % of organic work you sell? If you take on an older client of theirs so they can get new biz, do you then get comp on what you sell to them? Or do they retain it all even in future projects since they began the client relationship?
