Considering switching from my current big 4 firm as a Senior to Deloitte GPS as a Consultant level soon, expected offer is for 95k plus 5k sign on bonus (MCOL) which is a 20-21% increase from my current level. The Salesforce projects seem more interesting at Deloitte than my current firm, and there is potentially more opportunity to assist with Salesforce builds and implementations. Would you take the offer at Deloitte if you were in my shoes?
