Fishes, Anyone aware of the relocation assistance provided by Wells Fargo . Is that provided as as whole or only after submitting the required bills and docs.

Not sure if I am the right person to give you any advice, I was laid off 4 months ago. I was the only breadwinner in the family. And if I don’t get the job, next month I will have to move to my native country. But all those thoughts are constant. I am trying breathing exercises. Taking one day at a time. It’s really difficult but I am not alone in this. Every time I promise myself that I will take everything gracefully. I pledge to be more present in the current moment but it is the most difficult task! This too shall pass 🙌🏻
I think that because so many of us are in the market putting our best into applying and getting rejected 🙅🏽♀️ can be harsh, but what keeps me balanced is that I know it’s not me, it’s not you, or any of us. The market is just a mess right now. And I keep trying everyday and I 🏋🏽♀️ workout everyday & eat healthy too.
It’s NOT you. Layoffs are usually not personal. You cannot beat yourself up for being let go in a layoff. Right person in job they felt they no longer need. Snap yourself out of it. You are good at what you do. Start networking. Start learning new things. Expand your interests and experiences. Try new things they need not cost a lot. Keep learning. Keep going.
Get up. Check email, nothing, check LI, nothing, check for missed phone calls, nothing.
Go back to bed.
SO many people are in your exact position right now, please don't beat yourself up! It's a notoriously difficult job market right now, I know SO many people who have been applying for months. Of course there's more we could all be doing (but that was true 10 years ago too, and we didn't have THIS hard of a time finding a job). I'd say, don't add more pressure on yourself than there already is. Be on your own team!
Look at it this way…it’s most likely that you did nothing wrong but leadership did. They were not able to forecast what the world would have looked like after a pandemic and hired like this was going to last forever. Put on top of it the delicate world economic situation and you have the perfect storm.
This just to say that you need to be kind with yourself and give yourself the time to process things. You’ll make it, I’m sure
