It's important to stay informed about what's happening in the market and to make sure that you're not overexposed if things do take a turn for the worse. Hopefully, things will start picking up soon but be prepared for anything.
It's definitely been a wild ride when it comes to the real estate market. I think a lot of people were caught off guard when the crash happened back in 2009. But then the market bounced back for a while, and a lot of people thought it was going to be smooth sailing from there. Unfortunately, we're now in another slump and things just seem really uncertain.
I was getting ready to buy my first house... I'm so glad I never did, I would've lost out on A LOT of money and I would've been devastated.
It's hard to say what's going to happen next. Some experts are predicting that the market will rebound again, while others are saying that it's only a matter of time before we see another crash. Personally, I'm starting to think that the latter might be more accurate. But only time will tell for sure.
Nothing is guaranteed in this life, especially when it comes to money.
Well, it's still pretty safe relative to a lot of other options you have to put your money in. Crypto anyone? lol
