Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

I knew we were going down the drain once Julie started prioritizing DEI and pride messaging. Now, this isn't a debate on DEI or pride, or being for or against it. I'm not stating a position either way.
What I'm saying is there's a direct correlation between CEOs who push this messaging and the decline of their companies. It's a tactic to deflect from poor performance by focusing people on those issues.
Politicians do the same thing. It's not a coincidence that politicians who push these types of issues tend to be very incompetent or have never had a real job where they had to perform.
To say the least, I'm not surprised by what I saw when she started pushing all of that hard.
And again, this is not a judgment of DEI or pride. I'm simply stating the tactic that people in power use and the specific subject they use for that tactic. So don't try to turn this into a political debate about DEI or pride.
