For questions as to why you are looking to leave your current firm.. I am looking to move because for some reason I am hand-held a lot and given simpler tasks, so I am getting bored and want more challenging / much more fast paced environment. Is it good to get stocks as part of CTC which has 4 years vesting period?

CTC looks high due to this stocks but effectively i would not be getting it for the 4 years. Also the yearly hike includes this stock component.

CTC had fixed, variable and stock part. Variable and stock is almost 30% of total ctc.

Really confused if this is a good deal or is it a trap.

So is this bowl just not a thing anymore or..?

Got recently promoted to PC. Was told by "mentor" that I am being a bit "soft" with people (for example: I'm always helping people around me even when I just don't have time. And I am getting into a troubles because of my attitude) and I have to learn how to say "No" more often.
