CTS Hybrid Model Details

I have received an offer from Cognizant (CTS), and I would like to understand whether it is worth joining.

1. Does CTS follow a hybrid work model? If yes, how many days per week or per month am I required to work from the office?
2. Can I complete the required 12 office days continuously (or cumulatively) and work from home for the remaining days of the month?
3. Since my base location is Bangalore, will I be allowed to log in and work from oth location Kolkata?

For people in consulting - do you often read books about project management and motivation? Would appreciate your recommendations (preferably the ones with more than one thought for the whole brick of text 🤨).

I passed out in 2013 and started job in 2015 on contractual basis till mid 2017 and during this Many payroll companies changed for that particular contract and in this duration my PF, tax didn't deduct and no record in PF portal. Then joined Infosys in mid 2017. So now wanted to know can I show my experience from 2017 to apply in companies as for bgv many companies ask for PF statement or form 16 for all previous companies. How should I deal for 4 years gap if i show exp. from 2017 ?
