Curious if anyone else runs into this. I have 10 plus years in healthcare operations, from clinical to administrative, and my path is not very linear. Lately I notice many roles I am qualified for require an RN license. The work itself does not, but it keeps coming up. Has anyone found ways to get around this or frame their experience to open doors despite the RN requirement?

What are your favorite personal finance books? I just read Rich Habits and really liked it. I am also reading the Psychology of Money. Looking to read some more!
