Are you talking about internal metrics or to clients? All the firms I’ve worked for had admin/ tech fees accounted for when tracking profitability. But I’ve never seen these billed to clients as line items.
Nothing like that on my private audit engagements so far
5% admin and tech fee at my place. Top 10 firm.
The firm equivalent of resort fees in Vegas.
No admin or technology fee at my firm
5 to 10 percent admin fee.
5%, but practically, most billing is at less than 95% realization, so it’s more of a presentational thing since since we’re not actually billing 100% WIP plus an extra 5% on top.
