Currently an M in big four consulting, focusing on IT Strategy & Operating Model. Getting a bit disappointed with pay (currently 63k + benefits) and the type of projects we are moving towards (more SI).

Trying to understand possible consulting moves, I would ideally like to remain in consulting and have been approached by Capgemini Invent and PA. Both pay better, but not sure about reputation / future opportunities with this move.

Any thoughts on this?
