That sounds pretty rough, so you should definitely be looking for something better. Even if your current job isn't great, it's given you some experience and that may help you move on. Contact places where you'd like to work and apply and just keep at it, chances are you'll find something and get out of the toxic scene you're currently in.
Find another job i know it's hard, until then work but if it gets too much tell mom and dad what's going on , tell the boss the exact reason why your leaving, you come first and mental health is more important
Ps don't quit or resign over phone or computer do it face to face in a professional manner, 3 best words in food service , Mise En Place
Honestly, I would look, but not quit. If you can find another job, take it, but otherwise keep working. Jobs are pretty scarce right now - if you leave, you might not get a job for a while.
Your Mental Health Is And Should Always Be Your Priority Over Employment Opportunities
No matter where you work always be looking for the next job. Waiting until something happens you will be in trouble. But yes leave this job. But give the 2 weeks notice and don't bad mouth this job to any other job.
Quite from any job that will stress you
Sounds familiar are you in HoustonTX?,
I suggest looking for another place to land. No job is worth the stress you seem to be experiencing.
Clearly the manager doesn't hire only family and friends, or you wouldn't have been hired. This sounds like your first job. You have nothing to compare to, so you don't know if this is actually a toxic environment. Maybe you need to stick it out, and worry about making yourself a better employee.
