Currently going via recruiters and direct applications but feels like I’m on the back foot especially in this market and not coming from the typical audit background - any advice?

Hello all, I’m planning for a career switch. As I’m currently in Finance sector and planning to quit my job and to start my career in IT Hardware companies like: HP, Dell and Lenovo etc.. Before taking this jump I want to know how is the career growth in IT Hardware, how is the promotion structure in such companies.
