SEP agent here with the IRS. I serve as a tax expert for the special agent criminal investigation cases. WLB at the IRS is amazing. Senior Special agents and even SEP agents, with about 5-7 years experience, salary is minimum 115k - 170k on the higher end In NYC. benefits and WLB cannot be beat.

I’ve heard you get no choice in office location at the IRS, is that true?

Hi all, I have about 7 years of professional experience but only one year as a Customer Success Manager. I work on mid market accounts currently. I love my job, but would prefer to support a more robust platform that will allow me to add more value for my customers.

I’d appreciate your thoughts on what compensation you might expect for a CSM transitioning to a new company with one year of experience.

To clarify, I don’t have an offer yet, I’m just looking to make a move.

Thank you!

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management.
