Dear PWC inda folks, I would like to know about project deployment and Bench ageing tenure in PWC, if i join as senior associate will i be deployed into project right away or we will be shadowing for certain time.
How about availability of projects do we need to search about projects or how is this process handled

I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ? Should I apply again in new year or don’t bother ?
