SA4 making $120k in Digital Lighthouse living in VA. Have 3 offers on the table and am unsure which one to pick:
1)PwC $135K —> PMO role
2)EY $127K —> QA role
3)Grant Thornton $125K —> BA role

Just a first gen everything here looking for some insight to help me guide my decision - be kind. Thanks! 🙏

Congrats A1! Was that Manager to Manager? Was told by initial recruiter lowest at position is about 135k base, but with my practice and experience prob closer to 150k. ...any idea of the Manager bonus structure?
Yup, manager to manager. Your recruiter is pretty spot on, I got just north of $150k. Bonus structure is decent, obviously based on performance rating, but max was 28.5% with a target of 13%.
End of the day their cash bonus offsets the accenture low cash / stock bonus.
