I saw a post about a job listing for a Big 4 and it said it had a strong preference for people who identify as LGBTQ+ or a minority racial group. A recruiter at another B4 gave me a number much lower than what I’m currently making. Should I tell them how much im making now, which is admittantly at the very top of the SC band, or counter with a range that’s more than I’m making?
