If you make a transfer from A&A to Consulting as a Senior 2, would that result in a title change to Consultant or Senior Consultant?

Do you get a bonus? How much? Do you count it in your salary when posting here?

180 base, 50 bonus, plus 50-75k profit sharing and 50k equity a year.

Still feel underpaid on initial base salary :/

Interested in joining the Reserves, but I’m guessing that’s way too much with a consulting career? No ROTC or previous military experience so I’d have to go through OCS/OTS as well.
Or is it better to wait until I exit to industry and pursue my interest in the military then?

Anyone have any insight on the Orlando staff counsel offices for GEICO or State Farm? I currently work at an established insurance defense firm, but am looking to switch for a better work life balance. How is compensation for a 4th year attorney? Should I expect better work life balance working as staff counsel? My understanding is that I should, but I wanted to see if anyone had experience with either office.

What should I do in a scenario where I was hired (12+ years) with far less salary than(~20% less) than other members (4+ experience) in team and asked to take 80% of team's responsibilities. The hiring manager low balled me sensing that I am in dire need of that job and now I am stuck for 2 years now. The company is a big shot but I am literally getting paid less than what I used to make 10 years ago. Should I try to move within or look outside?

Trying to explain billable hrs to hubs. I billed 160 this month, which he said “is only 40 hr weeks” (true) - but how many hrs do you figure you “work” or are in the office to bill 150?

I got rejected for an interview from Big 4 NY Audit, even had referrals from Manager + level people. 3 years w/ audit senior at mid size firm, 2 years fed tax at big 4, and 1.5 years Internal Audit healthcare. Need advice: do you tell your manager that you’re unhappy or do you just leave?

I’m being taken advantage of with being thrown so much work and really don’t see my salary increasing to be in line with my coworkers doing similar work. I’m a consistent high performer - management reviews tell me that much.

My coworker did mention to the manager that they’re not being paid well for the work they do, and our manager took it personally and told them they’re ungrateful 🥲
