Have an EY SaT interview with two people on the team and I already did my call with a recruiter. Is this normal? Is it going to be behavioral or case based?

I'm going to move from non IT profile to IT profile. Basically I'll be applying as front end engineer in new company. Previously I was working in a BPO profile.
Just wanted to ask if I'll be provided training in my initial months as a front end engineer or am I expected to work from the very first day.

Very specific to retail and/or hospitality in-house roles: has anyone found a good solution for predictive scheduling? Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions. I rattle myself when speaking with clients/seniors with thoughts like:
- “What if they misinterpret me?” which makes me backtrack the conversation and provide unnecessary details
- “Am I making sense?” which makes me second guess myself, ruining my flow

I want to have the confidence to stop second guessing myself when I speak. I’m afraid of coming off as an idiot, but I don’t think this is an appropriate way to think

Our firm told everyone no bonuses this year due to the pandemic. However, people like myself with high utilization received a “bonus” in terms of a gift card. My director notified me of this, but the other day my boss was mentioning how no bonuses this year really sucks. I was told by the director to not mention it to anyone but I figured if anyone knew I got one it’d be my boss. I feel super uncomfortable now because do I essentially lie to my boss because I’m not supposed to talk about it.
