Well I worked and got appreciated by the client , always exceeded expectations on clients side (have thank you's and appreciation on mail) . My rating is 3 stating "aapko ek hi saal hua h". I have to admit that I wasn't terribly impressed by the virtual Co-Lo for Digital.
