I have joined Capgemini in April 2021 and completed my 1 year at Capgemini as a fresher . My package is 3lpa and in the offer letter i was told that my package will be 4lpa effective from 1st July 2022. But the point of concern is that I am still in the bench period. Will it affect the offer given during the joining?

I withdrew my resignation one day ago from Accenture Hyderabad, today was supposed to be my LWD. I was getting offer from another company in Mumbai with 50% hike but Accenture was offering a role change and disclosed that there is a hike already given 22%. I have 5+ years of experience in life science (bench top, pathology in a hospital, startup, and most recently clinical research). EY MD 🐠 , I’m a newly promoted MD and have a few questions on comp timelines I’m hoping you can help answer since there have been 0 comms to MDs on this 😔:
1. I’ve heard we don’t find out new salaries until mid-Aug with others below PP. Given others new comp doesn’t start until Oct, do you know if that’s when our new comp starts too even though our new titles are already effective?
2. Does the MD rating/comp timeline continue to follow the timeline for others going forward after the first yr?
