[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?
My project start date was yesterday but i charged it on bench bcz there was no project code... Today the project code is reflecting on My Timesheet portal... but still didn't got any communication from project for on-boarding... So what should I fill in my timesheet for today... If i will fill it for project code what should i write in Tasks there... while filling it Nagarro please suggest i am recently joined in Nagarro
Is there concept of bench in product companies
There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.
Nagarro Nagarro ES HCL Technologies Tata Consultancy
Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro
I am on bench from 1 nov 2022. I am PA.

Got a cousin who is a partner in a firm who's always told me organization is the greatest attribute someone can apply. If you can map your days out and execute accordingly, your chances of success are that much higher.
Depending on your level, I’d reach out to partners principals you’ve worked with- let them know you’re available and interested in xyz topics they work on and have xyz relevant experience and would love to help with any bd opportunities or internal projects they have in pipeline.
No matter what keep it bite-sized. If you have relevant exp. fill in the blanks with a quick sentence. If you’re pretty new to consulting- remove those parts and just replace with areas/industries you’re interested in (try not to get terribly specific e.g. “Growth strategy projects in womens luxury fashion”, and try to link them to the partner’s typical project soace)
Also worth asking around the office and with practice leadership if there are internal things where resources are needed you can get involved with
