I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)? What are people's deciding factors between working for a Reseller vs Vendor?

Do people who take parental leave multiple times as associates get pushed pack on their track to partnership? For example, at a firm with a 8 year track, would a person who took two leaves of six months each have to wait 9 years to make partner?
