I applied for Azure Data Engineer role for 0-1 yoe
Cleared first technical interview round and received good feedback, HR contacted and asked for documents for further processing and got an email confirmation as-well asking me for my preferred time slots for second Technical round, just when i thought i made it since after second technical round it would have been HR round, I was ghosted no response to any of my follow ups as-well :( no clear reason but yeah we move
Yes..Happened with me recently. They didn't turned up though all rounds went fantastic and interviewers were so happy.

There are so many companies ghosting nowadays. It happened with me also by Nallas. I was selected for HR round but it didn’t happen. Sic of such things happening to so many people 🙁

Now a days only those resouces are picked who is immediate joiner or serving notine period.
Yeah, same happened with me in June. I completed all rounds and was waiting for offer. And suddenly they updated me that the position went on hold. Being immediate joiner, I was also ghosted by LTMindtree.
I have cleared all the round still no offer letter it's been more than 2 month. I think I am also ghosted by LTM
That's the trend this days , they don't even say what went wrong and just ghost us , they don't care how we have taken leave and all from our current company for the interview
Yes I was ghosted in Dec 2024 after all rounds. At that time no offer. Heard from my fried that hr told him only 30 days joiner are getting offer.
Then I was in 30 days notice left in may 2025, again cleared all rounds and got offer.
Took the offer to negotiate my first company offer whi was waiting for 90 days.
Then I did not join LTI 🤣

Multiple times by different companies. In couple of interviews, company had even provided me with the range of salary they were planning to offer.

Alright, So, today itself I interviewed for the First Tech Round with Capgemini. Let's see what happens next, I have a feeling I am gonna get ghosted 🤣
Yeah Wipro ghosted ..they competed all rounds even salary discussion happened they know my 3months notice parried ..I already informed about it and said if possible I will try to join within 1month ..but they are not releasing offer letter just used to say first resign and then let us know situation there ..after offer letter o ly we can resign right ..after one month again they are calling and asli g can u join in 2weeks se e we can not believe we them thank god I have not resigned ..they ghosted
LTIM also said okay to 90 days, I told them even before attending L1. They said ok ok, completed all the rounds. I even highlighted the same in HR round as well. We agreed on a package. Now they ghosted.

L2 was a managerial round, but I was asked mostly technical questions, followed by HR discussion. That's it.

last year I was ghosted by Oracle. 4 rounds completed which went for a month, each round in a week. Then salary discussion. Finally the recruiter ghosted and when I followed up he said there was a hiring freeze on the project now. There are other companies as well where I have been ghosted after the last round. So it’s common and nothing to do with your notice period. If Mine was shorter. Also, if it were, they wouldn’t have interviewed at the first place.
I was ghosted for almost 8 months. And then I found another offer and resigned and when they came back it was just a week prior to joining so luckily the CTC offered also increased as it was an urgent hire. Got 20% more.😁 But they added it as variable.😒
I don't know its early to say gjosted, but i had 2 rounds of interview on last friday amd on monday this week, and no updates yet. The interviewer told that i had all the things and asked how early i can join and HR will soon get in touch with you for further discussion.
