My H1B is expiring in Jan 2025. Now, new PWD has been applied again. If the pause lifted in 6 months, hopefully it will be fine, otherwise I don’t know what’s next waiting for me.

I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

4 Years back I was working in APTOnline it's subsidiary of TCS

Can I eligible to work with TCS already I have completed all interviews HR is going to release offer in next 3days

I heard somewhere
TCS doesn't allow thier old employees including subsidiary companies for rehire

Can you please suggest me can I accept the offer or not?

Hi guys I am posting this again I have offer of almost same package from Accenture and IBM . Accenture offering is very slight more but that's not my key consideration. Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .
