Did my 4th interview (out of 5 total interviews) at Thoughtworks this past Tuesday. Sitting on pins and needles waiting to hear back because I want to work at Thoughtworks more than I can express. I already sent a follow up email to the recruiter right after my interview but I haven’t heard back yet.

Am I done? Should I assume they are not moving forward with my candidacy? Hesitant to reach out again since I don’t want to be a bother… but also, I’m dying.

What should I do to prepare for m first meeting with a legal recruiter?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

Base salary: 120k

Sign-on bonus:10k
