Yes. Hips and feet!
Ugh feet!! I think mine actually took a year or so but definitely a full size larger now.
All of me got wider. Hips which I didn’t notice bc my waist got so wide. My shoulders bc my old shirts became midriffs. My feet. My fingers. All of it. So I kept wearing maternity jeans after my second. Who is now 4 years old and I’m still wearing maternity jeans.
Welcome to the dark side, SD. Try the leggings. You’ll never go back.
Yup!
Never went back even at my pre-preg weight.
Rising Star
Yes, your pelvic bones shift. Some folks feet change permanently, and in my case I got curly hair for the first time- and it’s lasted over 10’years so I guess this is my hair now.
No to hips, but yes to feet. And my belly is different. Trying to figure out if it’s a muscle tone thing, a fat distribution thing, or a looser skin thing. And I’m below my pre-preggo weight.
If you figure it out, let me know!
No. I didn’t notice a difference in wideness. Nothing changed, except stretch marks of course.
My hips are kinda back to normal after a few years but my shoulders and ribs are permanently wider?? Bodies are terrifying
Yes, my shoulders, ribs, hips, thighs and feet got wider. I went through the same problem, lost weight but still didn’t fit into my clothes.
Basically, almost everything got wider but my boobs that shrunk and became saggy after breastfeeding 🥺😭
Now I wish I’d taken diameter measurements of my whole body. No wonder I’ve not recognized myself. How could I?! And I didn’t even know the ribs/shoulders thing was a thing! This should be more commonly discussed. Put it on the list....
