I know Liver King is out there but my roommate has been living by his “9 ancestral tenets” and it basically changed his life. Anyone else that follows something similar seen benefits? Seems like he’s rooted on well being and staying connected with the world around you. Even if you think he’s weird his YouTube video is well put together.

The healthiest thing you could do is try to move away from the need for perfection. That said, low weight and high reps can help tone, so try leg extensions, bicep curls, and tricep extensions.
I’m 2 years out of college and in shape and probably even have lower body fat %, but I’m just bigger than I was. I think this is part of getting older 🥴
PLUS quarantine has a way of making me feel extra hard on myself. Try to do the best you can and it’s ok to not be perfect
some areas that I probably have genetic inclination towards having more fat like my thighs and my arms? I know you can’t “target” fat loss but has anyone had success with toning down in these areas?
