I have an exit interview coming up. Ive never experienced as many microaggressions as I have in this place, and it not only made me uncomfortable, but messed with myself worth in a bad way which took a toll on my mental health. Should I mention the specific incidents that happened on the exit interview but not name names? Should I just let it go? I want them to know how shitty the culture that allows this is.

I'm going to be accepting an offer to a firm. I have a pre planned trip in May I am going to tell them about and ask if that will be an issue (could be cancelled if it's an issue). I am also traveling on Presidents' Day as my current firm has that off. That trip is paid for and not refundable. Kind of worried new firm might not have Presidents' Day off and worried that two trips will be a turnoff to them.
