Do BCG and Bain bring in experienced hires (generalist) according to total YOE? Or one would start at the associate level regardless?e.g. I can see Mck bring people in with 1-3 YOE as BA, those with >5 YOE as Associate. However I don't see such specified in job postings from Bain and BCG. Thanks!!☺️

I am just confused and will always go down with my expected salary.
