Rowing provides more of an entire body workout imo. Back/arms/abs/legs.
I have both. I can go longer on the bike, but nothing gets me sweating like the rower.
I have all three. Great cardio pieces.
Why not get both 😁
Definitely a rower, it's a full body workout. I do Orangetheory 6-7 times a week but I still bought a rower to supplement and as a hedge if the is another lockdown.

In my opinion rowing is better (more full body) but bike is more fun. Ymmv.
A pair of active wireless earbuds and some warm workout clothes for like half of the price, so u can go jogging outside wherever u want while listening to a chill or productive podcast

Have an airbike. Love it (kicks my butt), but do wish I went for the rower at times. May just have to get both lol.
Buy whatever is available to buy. Bike trainers are mostly sold out since months. If you have the choice buy whatever you will have most fun with... and the Space to use an store it. Lockdown might last longer than we all want it to last.

The rower requires more technique or you can hurt yourself.
that being said - I despise the air bike. Two months into the pandemic, Rogue was sold out of everything - except the air bike.
Which do you enjoy more? Rower is probably a better all around work out but a bike can be used with several on line platforms which can make it more entertaining.
Airbike and interactive bike trainers look to be different. In case you have a road bike you might use wahoo or elite equipment and Zwift or RGT cycling....online. You might need Apple TV HD to use your tv to have more fun with it.

If you go rower don't get a magnetic one, get an air or water resistance, the magnetic is a static resistance that you can adjust but the air and water provide more resistance the harder you pull so its much more dynamic and you can do sprints much more efficiently
