Hi peeps. Need a suggestion , I am about to switch for a change and I have an offer from LTI for PM but my current location is noida. I have been offered in Bangalore but moving there is little tricky with growing kids and family. How long WFH is going to go and how is the growth ladder provided I take this opportunity and switch and wait for things to happen. Hey guys. I recently graduated with a bach in business, a graphic design bach, and an MBA this past May. I thought this would help make me look like a stand out on job applications along w/ my international internship but I can’t get an interview for an entry level job at big companies like Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, or Leo Burnett. Should I take my MBA off my resume?? What am I missing??

So I chose an offer for Deloitte India over Infosys as a Node.js developer. Joining next week. But most of the time when people praise Deloitte they mean USI so I have been of two minds and wondering if I made the right decision.
Also is travel needed for Consultant designation?
In the managerial round the guy told me only need to go to office to pickup the laptop and after that it's wfh.

My 64 y/o mom is really struggling with her mental health and refuses to acknowledge it or take action. She is already difficult to have a relationship with, toxic, always shaming, blaming, dismissive and refuses to have important conversations.

First time investing and hence I did some research on investment and planning to invest 40k in the below fashion.
10k-ELSS 10K-Equity MF 10k-Debt MF 4K-NPS 6K-PPF . Is it fine or any suggestions are welcomed. Also if anyone can suggest me which ELSS or mutual fund should I select considering the current market scenario

If I invest 50k in NPS, I would save 7k this year as per my tax calculation. Is this a good deal? In general, I don't like such long term investment, maybe I'd start that when I'm 35 but not today.
