Do comps days matter if you have unlimited PTO?

1. What is the average bonus pay for WM division ? I asked HR and he did not quote any range.
2. How long it takes to promote to 602 given an average to above average performer.

Got Mindtree offer letter.
Band: C3 (Module Lead)
CTC: 15.1 LPA
YOP: 6yrs 10months
Location: Kolkata
Domain: API developer

Got another offer letter of 18.5LPA from Intelliswift, 17.5LPA from Capgemini and probably will get 19.5 LPA from Telus international as well.
Am I getting less from Mindtree?? Can Mindtree increase the offer letter? Please suggest..

Joining a big firm next week as fully remote lateral and flying out to home office for orientation. The schedule has me in office until 4:15. I’ve already been told I won’t have any actual work. Depending on how many people are there and how it feels, I was planning to stay an hour extra but should I hang around the office until later? First time visiting this city so it’d be great to take in some sights too (although that’s not a priority of course).
