Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

Can I apply infosys after 6 months after rejecting their offer ? Should I use a new Email ID?
N.B.
I have rejected the offer due to parental COVID infection on middle of second wave. I need a long leave which may not be possible while serving notice period. Informed and mailed HR with proper documents.HR accepted the same politely.

I mean, two weeks notice is a courtesy. If you aren't on the schedule anyhow, I guess it does't really matter. But I wouldn't burn the bridge. I would still give them a letter of resignation.

Thank you!

Honestly, if they’re not scheduling you at all, you’re not really ‘employed’ in a practical sense. You don’t have to give two weeks, but it’s always nice to leave on good terms if you can. Otherwise, just move on when you find something better.

I was thinking that. Thank you!

I would say just quit without giving any notice because giving 2 weeks notice is a courtesy and if they don't care, why you should?
Have a word with your manager to see if things will change
Is there a Health and Social Care manager/employer seeking a qualified and experienced Carer to be trained as a care home manager, on this platform?
It sounds like they are phasing out your hours. Honestly, no I do think a letter of resignation would be good. Keep records of your documents at your house.
