Started my career at Lockheed right after college with a bachelor's in mechanical eng. After 2 years I got promoted to level 2. I have 4 years of experience overall at LM. My comp ratio is right below mid making about 96k. I have been rated "exceeded" for all my time at LM. I'm in PA. Am I being underpaid? Sometimes when I see some of the TC's on here I feel like I chose the wrong field.

Making a good print ad is harder than digital because you have to create comic timing without relying on animation, cuts or reveals. I prefer seeing print (an “adlob”) to see if someone knows what they’re doing.
I suppose I would begrudgingly say, “depends.”
There are certain materials I absolutely have a print-preference for, I think equal parts due to the nature of a given piece being most appropriate/comfortable to consume in this presentation and being a trained journalist
Print is a much better learning tool. Blank page, no tricks. No moving images. If you can create great print, you can do digital.
