Some do, and some don't. I think it is always good to have those kinds of things readily available in case they ask for it. I have definitely had recruiters who looked at all of those things, so they must still hold some value.
Yes, it still helps to have them ready. Even if not everyone checks, the ones who do often take it seriously and it can make a difference.
I’ve been wondering that too. I keep my portfolio updated and always link to it on my résumé just in case. But I don’t know who’s actually looking at these portfolios anymore since AI is handling a lot of the résumé reviews.
A lot of recruiters and hiring managers still review portfolios, especially in later stages. AI may screen resumes, but real decisions still involve human review.
As a hiring manager, you betcha I check out all the links if this is a serious job offering candidate.
