You should be getting paid WAY more my friend
For context, I have a 15 LPA offer from Wipro for 3YOE
I started at 3.25 LPA too. I see 3 YOE getting 9-13 LPA. This is primarily due to the current job market demands. I think mine was slightly higher due to the Tech I work in.
Am I the only person getting 15 lpa for 10 years ?
Asking out of curiosity, Intel paid you just 15lpa for 10yoe?
But I'm not sure about the trend in service transitioning.
B3? Ask for C1
The position is tagged with B3 band as per the email I've recieved .. can they change ? I don't know much about internal dynamics within Wipro
You should be getting paid more. If wipro gets you at just 20 lpa for 10 yoe that too from a Product based company it's a steal
Agreed, anything less than that is robbery
I agree with the others - you should definitely try to negotiate a better package, especially with a decade of experience under your belt. Good luck!
Are you serious intel is paying this much less 🙄🙄
Yes
I wouldn't freak out yet, you definitely have room to negotiate your package so wait it out.
