Do students feel more emotionally exhausted now than they did a few years ago?
Maybe I’m imagining it, but a lot of students lately seem mentally drained even during normal school days. Attention spans feel lower, frustration builds faster, and small setbacks affect them way more than before.
Academically some are fine, but emotionally they seem overwhelmed all the time.Other teachers noticing this too or is it just my school?

I actually think this could be a whole separate class for students of all ages. Learning about conflict resolution, growing your own self-regulation skills...it's really important.
