Are there any tips you can share for preparing oneself for a technical interview? Are there any online resources I could use?

Anyone ever pay for prep for a FAANG non tech interview prep? I’ve had 2 in the past and never made it to the virtual on site and looking for help for my next one.

If I applied to a company and sent a message to the recruiter on LinkedIn, but they haven’t accepted my connection request or responded to my message, should I follow up with an email a week later? Trying to find the line between enthusiastic and being a weirdo.

I think another offer might be coming soon but I really want a shot at this job.

Anyone have tips on first round growth capital/VC case interview? They say there’s gonna be a test on investing acumen.. whatever that means.

I’m 40 and recently transitioned to UX/Product Design. I completed a bootcamp, continue to improve my skills. I network, have coffee chats, attend virtual events, iterated my portfolio and resume. Everyone that I’ve spoken too so far say that I’m doing everything right and that my non-traditional background is an advantage. So why am I still unemployed? The few interviews that I have had, feedback has been I don’t have enough experience. I’m at a loss!

I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?

She said out of all the applicants I stood out the most and she loved my resume/conversation , They are moving to meet the team on Wednesday. When emailing someone for an interview for the first time do you address them by Mr/Mrs last name or by their first name?

My AD coworker (not currently my partner) just got hired at a new agency and wants to bring me along as his writer. I'd love to join. He told the recruiter at that agency about me and sent my book. I also have another former coworker (creative) who put in a good word for me.

Should I reach out to the recruiter, too? Or is that overkill after two recos? I don't want to be bothersome. But I do want to show interest..
