Hi, I am currently working at Bisleri in a quality control role with 6 YOE. My current CTC is very low (4 LPA) and I have not found any motivation or growth in my role since COVID. I'd like to be in the design industry (Graphic Design or UI UI Design). Currently I am freelancing in my spare time. My question to Design professionals is: how feasible will the switch be? Will I be accepted as an intern/junior designer in my early 30s?

I'm into SAP Finance Consulting presently working with Deloitte (Consulting) USI. Is there any way that I can get into Management/Strategic Consulting? What are the skills required? I have done PGDM in Finance.

Wonder if anyone can offer advice on which cert to pursue next? I obtained my CompTIA Security+ last year and wondering if I should go for the CySA+ or Pentest+ next. I also have my AWS CCP and will be sitting for the Solutions Architect soon as well. Currently not doing security stuff at work but would love to keep my skills going. I was hoping one of these next certs will help me finally break into a security role and love the idea of pentesting but not sure if the CySA+ is more beneficial.

How did you determine what field to go into?

Should I be worried about exiting from a senior associate at kpmg to an associate in strategy in industry? They stated they are hiring associates based on 2 - 4 years experience and I have 2.5 years

Anyone do any PM mentorship on the side? I've had some people reach out to me on LinkedIn asking for free guidance on interviewing, starting out in a job, moving up, etc. I've met with a few people more than once for an hour or so at a time...wondering how big the market is for doing this kind of thing with recent college grads? I don't mind doing it for free, tbh it helps me more than it may help them. Does anyone charge for this and promote themselves?

Hello fishes, Got an offer from Deloitte UK, Belfast. My salaray is 39k and it's a family of 2. My spouse is going through interviews for a job but in the meanwhile will we be able to manage with this salary?

Asking for a friend. Is a 10k raise (75k ->85k) for a promotion to a midlevel creative position in NYC low or typical??? I feel like the raise itself which is only 13% (and inflation eats 5-8% of that) seems low and I want to encourage them to ask for more.
