I have got an offer from Luxoft and they have kept a probation of 3 months. Can someone please let me know do they have a probation for all employees.
Also my designation in my current organization is Deputy Manager and they have give me Sr. Consultant not very happy with the designation.

Depends on the company. I wear trainers in my employer’s office (we are a boutique consultancy) but always wear classic shoes for when I go to a client’s office
At pwc, probably not unless it’s a specified casual day/event. If you want skate shoes like that, maybe vans slip ons where the sole is black too. I have a pair with a little loafer buckle on from the Char Straurberry color ways that I love and wear to office. People usually tell me they have no idea that they were vans
