EY, I got my Roth IRA contributions set to max (30%). Does Fidelity automatically lower the % and stop contributions afterwards once I reach my 2022 limit?

The answer could be both, with the next factor being your environment. You can be naturally gifted, but if it isn't nurtured either by being in a healthy environment. Then, you're just merely someone with potential. Eventually, someone who had potential.

But you may be talking about a different thing.
If you’re naturally intelligent but spent your time on art history vs comp sci your skill choice will be perceived as more intelligent by the outsider.
You may be the most learned art historian but that would be perceived less intelligent than a middling programmer.
Both, but I’d say the biggest impact is how you’re raised. By both family and the community you grow up in.
