None of all that I’ve worked with. They do it for marketing and advertising but when it’s time to truly commit as for example Hiring, promoting Diverse people and punishing people who discriminate , they do not. They are afraid to let the people who has always been in the power away from that power
I am day 4 at my new company. Day 2 the CEO did the org chart for me and stressed that we had too many middle aged white guys in Executive management and we need to come up with a plan to Diversify. We have 8 Executive Managers, 5 white men, 1 Pacific Asian Man, 1 Pakistani Man and one African American Woman (me) I was floored. I'm optimistic
