Larsen & Toubro Infotech I have given the L1 on 7th May and that was cleared and L2 given on 14th May.
Got the mail from recruiter that cleared 2nd round and will get update soon for further process.
So in how many days I can expect for HR round and further process ?
Or they can ghost me ? Can it happen in Larsen & Toubro Infotech that after clearing both rounds they won't go forward for further process ?
Thanks
Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

FDD pay ramped up pretty nicely from 2019-22 but overall market has been soft relative to provider capacity since 22. director level makes pretty good money that's hard to find at corporates outside of big tech

Not that it helps you today, but audit has a much flatter comp trajectory.
I’ll make at least 150k more this year than audit start class peers that are still around. B4

I think this is more of a public accounting issue. We don’t have this issue at A&M.

Obviously not a fair comparison between a consulting firm and accounting firms. Totally different pricing and cost structure. If you compare A&M with MBB, A&M is average at best. The more reason why EY had the right idea of splitting up consulting and audit, just the wrong execution.
I’m a senior 1 with $106 in MCOL, feel like you’re definitely a bit underpaid but overall the market pay definitely has been flat for the last few years with the market, as the deals picking up I’m hoping the service line will keep up with the raise
You must be new here lol.
1 - Deloitte audit team has been making as much or more than FDD since like 2019.
2 - FDD is widely viewed as low skill (not being mean, I DID IT, and I got TF into strategy and data, I recommend this to anyway ambitious who can ensure those hours )
3 - the market HAS BEEN BAD. They aren’t going to give good raises when there isn’t any competition to hire you.
Ultimately - assuming you’re only working for money and prestige, FDD is a dead end career that is very unrewarding in terms of compensation to sacrifice ratio. Unless you are obsessed with QoEs there’s a better way to spend your saturdays
M1, that’s good insight so thanks for sharing. What did you exit to and how much comp?
Sounds like you’re low, not necessarily the industry…
You are materially below our S1 comp
111k in HCOL is not good. I agree
We’re talking about S2. I made 93 as s1
HCOL S1 in PwC is at 125k in FDD and EY seems to be around the same, maybe a slightly lower
M&A tax in HCOL for S1 is ~165k base, S3 ~190+ base with JD. Non-JD ~145-150ish, ~170.
