Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me. Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.

Is it a good idea to renegotiate with Cisco based on current offer from Verizon. Please share your thoughts.
