I had recent conversations with an MD and Manager in my practice, and both are getting inundated with recruiter outreaches and expert networks. I don’t get any of that, and it’s making me think I’m not positioning myself the right way. After you are stealth laid off, other than job search, what do you do? I assume they won’t give you work and even if they do, you can politely decline? Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter).
