Does anyone have any experience of I 140 getting approved in less than couple months without premium processing (anytime recently) ?
My H1B PERM got approved recently and my company's lawyer is saying No to premium processing and quoting that it will get certified within a month or two without premium processing. If not, we can just wait and apply for premium processing then (which I know we can do). But is this even possible

What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration. Some of these matters are multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant cases, but none are class actions. This does not include any matters I am handling in the charge stage or in pre-litigation. Not sure if that’s a typical caseload or not?

My firm has applied for my L1A visa.
